Annual Fundraisers

Every spring, CCFI hosts its annual Hands & Hearts fundraiser to support vital programs and services for children in our community. We are extremely appreciative of the community members, donors and friends who join us to support our mission to heal children, empower youth and strengthen families. Guests enjoy a complimentary lunch, receive agency updates and gain valuable insight into the service and programs we provide. Attendees will also learn about becoming our partner through making a financial pledge or one-time gift to help sustain our mission.

In addition to Hands & Hearts, we’ve added a fun and fabulous evening event called Night at the Club at Boys & Girls Club of Norman! This interactive night is for adults only and features regular Club programming - plus some fun extras like SINGO, art projects and more.

Night at the Club

This summer, we are hosting our 5th annual Night at the Club fundraising event! Night at the Club will be hosted on Friday, July 18th at Boys & Girls Club of Norman and will be a fun, interactive night for adult, ages 21 and older. We will utilize regular Club programming - plus some fun extras - to provide guests with the full Club experience!

Tickets for Night at the Club are $60, which includes food,
drinks (beer, wine and signature cocktails) and all activities.

VIP Lounge

The exclusive VIP Lounge is BACK for its second year and ready to entertain our "Very Important Party" guests! A spot in our VIP lounge can be secured for an additional $50, which includes:

Reserved seating in the exclusive VIP lounge, complete with comfortable chairs and drink service
Exclusive access and seating for a mixology class
5 raffle tickets
VIP swag

What are the Activities?

We are thrilled to show off Boys & Girls Club of Norman by bringing some of our daily experiences directly to you! All of the following activities are included in the ticket price:

SINGO - think BINGO, but with a musical twist!
A hands-on mixology class from Lively Libations
Pinot’s Palette take-home art project
Photo Booth from Smile Time Photo Booth
Glow party
Arts & crafts
Giant Jenga, connect four and other outdoor games

Agency tours will also be available so guests can learn about the valuable work we do each and every day.

What’s for Dinner?

Night at the Club is sure to spark your inner child with a delicious array of late night snacks, courtesy of the ever-so tasty Brunch Club of Norman! Our menu will also include honey butter chicken biscuits from our partners at Whataburger. To top off these wonderful grab-and-go options, guests can enjoy an assortment of beer and seltzers, a signature cocktail and cash bar from Scratch Kitchen & Cocktails as well as an assortment of wine and non-alcoholic beverages… ALL included in the ticket price!

What’s the Dress Code?

Our dress code for Night at the Club is simple: come as you are! We understand some guests may be stopping by after work, following an evening workout or finishing up a summer day with the family, so any and all attire is welcomed!

Hands & Hearts 2025

Thank you to everyone who attended Hands & Hearts this March 1st. We are grateful so many individuals joined us for this refreshed and renewed format. Thanks to the support of St. Thomas More University Parish, Othello’s, Scooter’s Coffee, our corporate sponsors, and countless others, the event went off without a hitch and will certainly be remembered fondly as the beginning of our new Hands & Hearts programming.
