Attend a Tour

Agency Tours

An agency tour is the perfect way to get to know our mission at Center for Children & Families, Inc. – who we are, what we do, and how you can get involved! Guests hear from staff members and then take a guided walk through the agency. Tours last approximately one hour.

These events are information based and you will not be asked for donations. We hope you will join us to learn more about our role in your community and ways you can help improve the lives of children.

Open House

Open house events are modified versions of agency tours and are organized in a come-and-go fashion. Guests hear from staff members and then take a guided walk through the agency. Open House events typically last an hour and a half and light refreshments are often served.

To schedule an agency tour or RSVP for Open House, please contact Jodana Borden at 405-364-1420 or JBorden@ccfinorman.org.

Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in joining Center for Children and Families, Inc. *Volunteers
are critical to the success of our agency and truly make a difference in a child’s life. We offer a variety of opportunities, many available year-round, for individuals and groups who are looking to help further our mission to heal children, empower youth and strengthen families. All participants must be 18 or older to volunteer in direct services with clients; however youth under age 18 may volunteer with direct adult supervision in special circumstances.

*CCFI does not provide volunteer opportunities for court-ordered community service.

Our Promise to Protect Children

CCFI provides a safe environment for children and youth to heal and grow. Our agency works to protect those we serve from abuse and maltreatment by carefully screening staff and volunteers, providing training on topics such as physical, emotional and sexual abuse awareness and prevention, and by continually monitoring adult-child relationships.

Group Volunteer Opportunities

Throughout the year, our agency hosts an array of special events, benefits and miscellaneous projects, most of which require extra staffing. These types of opportunities are ideal for groups or organizations who'd like to volunteer but are unable to commit to long-term service. In addition, we also seek group volunteers to be consistent and caring adult role models for the members of Boys & Girls Club of Norman.
