How to Enroll for Services
To Begin Parents Assistance Services:
1. Come to the CCFI office to fill out the enrollment form during our office
hours. For a quicker enrollment process, please come in on Mondays at
2:15 p.m. to fill out the forms and meet with staff for an intake session.
2. After turning in the enrollment form, staff will contact you to set up an
appointment for an intake session.
