Volunteer at Neighborhood Centers
CCFI’s Neighborhood Centers program provides a thousand children per week with a safe place to learn and play at four locations in Norman. Volunteers play a critical role by bringing special talents and skills that add depth to the program and offer children additional role models. Whatever you’re good at, kids can learn from you. And you can learn from them too!
Help kids learn and grow during their out-of-school time!
We are always looking for both male & female volunteers (18 & over) to provide kids in our Neighborhood Centers program with a positive caring adult in their lives. Our program times and days range throughout the week so there are many different opportunities to get involved!
Afterschool: Monday-Thursday, 3:30-5:15 p.m.*
Evening: Monday-Thursday, 6:00-7:30 p.m.*
Summer: June and July, Monday- Friday; half-day
*Must be able to make a commitment of at least three months.
Duties Include: Playing with kiddos, helping organize events and activities, being a role model, and having fun!
