The Center for Children and Families, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not rent, sell, or exchange our mailing lists or user information.  We respect the confidentiality of our donors, volunteers and friends in the community.

 

 

Opt Out

Our e-newsletter allows users the option to discontinue at any point.  Those who receive the e-newsletter may click on the link provided in the email and be taken off the e-newsletter list.

 

We commit to discontinue contacting any person upon that person’s written or oral request.  Please contact the Center for Children and Families if you wish to request to be taken off our list for all future communication.  Please specify if you wish to simply limit communication to phone, email, or home mail.

Donations

Donations made online to us are secure.  Our site uses securely encrypted forms for visitors who choose to provide information and make donations.  We collect your willingly submitted contact information (such as your email address), and financial information (such as a credit card type, number, and expiration date).  Contact information is used to process donations, provide receipts and other information about the Center for Children and Families to our donors.  The visitor’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when neccessary in order to resolve customer service issues or questions.

 

We use a third party financial institution to process our credit card transactions.  They receive the credit card number and other personal information of our donors only to verify credit card numbers and to process credit card transactions in a secure environment.  The third party’s encryption technology offers the highest level of security available to insure the confidentiality of your transactions.

 

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Center for Children and Families, Inc. may update this policy.  We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
