Youth Development
Volunteers are needed to help run the after school program alongside staff and school age students with activities in the afterschool and/or evening programs, such as homework help, arts and crafts, games, sports and recreation, and one-on-one tutoring.
- Help youth improve self-esteem through a positive relationship with an adult
- Mostly Monday – Thursday afternoons/evenings
- One-year commitment preferred

Children’s Play Time
Provide childcare services while family members are in groups during busy intake times with structured art and recreational activities for groups of children — color, read books, do puzzles, play board games and have some fun! Opportunity dates/times:
Second Monday of every month, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Tuesdays, 6- 8:30 pm
First Tuesday of every month, 6:15 – 8:15 pm
“Behind the Scenes” Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to assist staff ‘behind the scenes’ with tasks and duties in these areas (hours vary based on your schedule unless otherwise stated below):Office Support
- Answer phones, help us make copies and file documents.
- Assemble packets
- Assist with special projects
Special Events
Volunteer for a day or an evening at a special fundraising event
Hands on Projects
- Great for a team building project
- Help us with short-term projects such as organizing the Baby Pantry, painting, landscaping, and maintenance.
