Empower Youth

The Neighborhood Centers program through the Center for Children and Families, Inc. (CCFI), works to ensure that children and youth in Norman have access to safe, enriching out-of-school time opportunities that support their social and emotional development, enrich their academic experiences, and help them to realize their full potential in life.

After school, evening, and summer enrichment services are offered to children and include gender-specific mentoring groups and other community and family-oriented events.

Children ages 4 to 17 from four local neighborhood schools are served weekly at after school and evening services, monthly gender-specific mentoring sessions, and a six-week, half-day, summer enrichment camp at Neighborhood Centers.
